I sent three separate rules queries through FFG’s customer support form, and received one e-mail answer back which answered all three of them briefly. (Grumble. It would have been more useful if I’d received three e-mail answers instead, as it would have made the question/answer connection clearer.)
Aside from that grumble, I’m grateful for the quick turn-around. 
Questions:
Question 1: “Talents: Can Circle of Shelter and two different characters’ Reflect stack? Specifically: character A is standing at Engaged range with Character B, and has an activated lightsabre. The enemy shoots a blaster at B and hits, but A uses the Circle of Shelter talent to intercept that attack with their own Reflect talent, thus reducing the damage. Can A use their own Reflect talent to further reduce the incoming damage?”
Question 2: Was about using Nobody’s Fool talents to defend against Scathing Tirade talents.
Question 3: Was about using Scathing Tirade talents over audio-visual connections and audio-only connections.

Both A and B can use the same talent to generate the same effect.
Nobody’s Fool talents can totally help to defend against the Scathing Tirade talents.
Scathing Tirade didn’t work like that, you need to be in the range of the target to use it.
