Genesys Section?

So, with the dying of FFG’s forums, Star Wars RPG fans are moving on to other forums such as this one. There are around 3 forums out there serving SW RPG Fans (including this one) that are quality places to move to. But, Genesys players have always been the foster-kids so to speak over at FFG. There is a rabid fanbase, but it’s much smaller then the SW fans. There are no good forums that can be found. I’ve searched and searched. They are either completely dead, or not true forums.

One of the above forums has thus added a Genesys section to bring along their foster-children. Could SWRPG Community be convinced to created a dedicated home within their forum for their lost foster brethren? A Genesys titled section with perhaps threads inside of General Discussion, Foundry & Homebrews, Rules Questions, etc?

We’d be happy to put something together if there’s enough interest. I can look into this over the weekend.

Might I suggest a Play-by-Post sub-section in the Genesys section (or alternatively a pinned message in #play-by-post, which gives permission for Genesys games in the #play-by-post section)

Here are the categories that FFG Genesys has: Genesys - FFG Community (fantasyflightgames.com)

“Foundry & Homebrews” covers, “Your Settings”. Perhaps add, “Rules Questions”, and “Official Settings” to cover anything Edge may someday add?

Maybe someone coule ping GM Phil or GM Chris at the Order 66 podcast. Though I’m not sure how much they interested in the FFG community, they are probably rather shepherding the D20radio. They are active with the Genesys system as I heard
